Your main tasks
  • Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
  • Schedule and manage appointments for treatments, massages, wellness programs, packages, and personal training sessions to maximise therapist efficiency
  • Handle billing and payment processing for all spa services
  • Promote spa treatments and products while providing tailored, professional recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive and personalised service
  • Actively promote the hotel's services and those of the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group
  • Deliver a range of professional spa treatments in line with established standards
  • Provide personalised consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas
  • Manage appointments efficiently to optimise workflow and guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to the hotel's quality standards

Your profile
  • Reception/front desk operations
  • Hands-on treatments (massages, facials, body treatments)
  • Local language + English is mandatory (e.G., German or French is a plus)
  • Additional languages are a strong advantage in hospitality environments
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask (switching between reception and treatment duties)
  • Discretion and respect for client privacy
  • Teamwork and flexibility (weekends, shifts)
