Main Purpose of Job:
Manage all transactional processes and documents for procurement
Responsibilities:
Processing
- Creating Purchase Requisitions
- Monitoring timely receipt of Goods Receipt and ensuring accuracy in GR Postings
- Follow up on PO Creation
- Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it
Compliance
- Ensure Quality of data including required terms and conditions
- Ensure that PRs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are compliant with the SOP
- Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it
- Ensure that POs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are compliant with the SOP
- Ensure all GRs are created on time and before the invoices
Optimization
- Lead on enhancement projects to improve our KPIs, KRIs and NPS
Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain a strong network with other streams and other NBS streams to promote the End-to End mindset within the team
- Develop customer service mindset to foster good working relationships with procurement team
- Ability to escalate issues professionally
- Participation in the operational reviews with the market and back up the moderates if required
Knowledge Acquisition
- Develop a fair understanding of the procurement end-to-end process to understand the impact of all processes on stakeholders
- Participate in all P2P process training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Knowledgeable of PR Creation, GRs and PO creation.

Required Skills
- Academic Background: Business Administration/Supply Chain/Engineering
- Microsoft applications (Word – Excel)
- Fluent in English language
