Senior Solicitor and Senior Associate level (4+ years’ PQE)
to join their expanding Projects, Infrastructure and Energy (PIE) team.
The team, led by seven specialist Partners, advises on Ireland’s most significant infrastructure developments across transport, healthcare, and renewable energy. They offer a collegiate environment and a top-tier client base consisting of both public bodies and private sector entities.
The Role
The firm is looking for candidates with expertise in
Public Procurement
and/or
Construction Law . Responsibilities include:
Advising on the full project life cycle and regulatory compliance.
Drafting and negotiating standard form contracts (RIAI, FIDIC, NEC).
Managing procurement processes, tender documentation, and legal challenges.
Handling dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation, and arbitration.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess a strong academic record, excellent technical drafting skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
