Job Description
Management Consultant required to work at Resley de Souza & Rienia Ferreira, located at 8 Cluain Aodha, Ballyhugh, Gort, Galway, Ireland. The candidate must have at least two years of experience in a similar role. Duties include:
- Analyzing the company’s operational structure and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency in service delivery
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimise cleaning operations, workforce allocation, and cost management
- Advising on process improvements, performance measurement, and service quality standards
- Conducting internal audits and operational reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Supporting the development of scalable systems and procedures to facilitate business growth
- Assisting in the design and implementation of business plans and expansion strategies
- Evaluating market conditions and advising on competitive positioning
- Providing recommendations on organisational structure and resource utilisation
- Preparing reports xcfaprz and presenting findings to management
- Ensuring that recommended improvements are effectively implemented and monitored
Annual remuneration: €36,605. Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
