This role will suit an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and managing multiple payrolls end-to-end.

The Role Processing multiple client payrolls across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles Ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery in line with strict deadlines Reconciling payrolls on a periodic basis Managing payroll queries and building strong client relationships Ensuring compliance with Revenue requirements and timely submission of returns Uploading employee payments across various banking platforms Maintaining strong internal controls and payroll best practices Supporting ad hoc payroll duties as required The Candidate Minimum of 23 years experience in a fast-paced payroll environment IPASS qualification Payroll bureau experience is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of PAYE, PRSI, USC, BIK, ROS and payroll compliance Proven ability to manage multiple payrolls xcfaprz and meet deadlines Proficient in Excel and Outlook Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships The Reward Competitive salary (aligned with experience) Hybrid working model Flexible benefits package including health insurance and additional leave options Strong learning & development support Clear career progression opportunities Collaborative and inclusive team environment
