What Youll Be Doing Meeting customers in their homes to understand their vision Designing kitchens that combine style and functionality Advising on layouts, products, and solutions Managing the design process from concept to completion Building strong relationships with trade customers Confidently negotiating and closing sales What Were Looking For Strong customer service skills Experience in sales (essential) Comfortable in a fast-paced environment A natural eye for design Well organised with good prioritisation skills Driven, motivated, and results-focused Full UK driving licence Access to your own xbpsjku vehicle CAD/design experience (preferred but not essential) Whats in It for You Competitive salary Monthly bonus (OTE £50K) Pension scheme (up to 12% employer contribution) Team incentives and social events 24 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 26 with service) Staff discount on products
