Oral Surgeon

Brident Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and provide high-quality surgical care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. In this role, you will perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, including complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental alveolar surgery, dental implant placement, pre-prosthetic surgery, bone grafting, and management of oral pathology. You will work closely with general dentists, orthodontists, hygienists, and support staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize patient safety, comfort, and long-term oral health outcomes. Leveraging advanced dental technology and evidence-based clinical protocols, you will evaluate patients, obtain thorough medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic imaging, and deliver safe, effective anesthesia and sedation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards. The Oral Surgeon will counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-operative care, ensuring clear communication and a positive patient experience. You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning by participating in case reviews, mentoring clinical staff on surgical and emergency protocols, and staying current with developments in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
