Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Description:

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with orders, questions, and product availability
  
• Enter orders, invoices, and payments using POS and internal systems
  
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on plants, trees, and landscape materials
  
• Suggest appropriate substitutions when specific products are unavailable
  
• Coordinate with production team, delivery, and inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  
• Handle basic scheduling, dispatch communication, and order updates
  
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and solution-oriented customer experience

• Prior customer service experience required (nursery, landscaping, building materials, or related fields preferred)
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Comfortable working with POS systems and basic computer software
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, seasonal environment
  
• Professional attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
