Automotive Delivery Coordinator

Job Description

• Customer Education (Technology):  Demonstrate vehicle features, including pairing phones, navigation systems, and setting up apps.
• Paperwork Completion:  Review and process, or assist with, sales documentation, lease turn-ins, and trade-ins.
• Customer Experience:  Greet customers, address inquiries, and introduce them to the service department for future maintenance.
• Logistics & Scheduling:  Coordinate delivery times, manage vehicle inventory on the front lot, and maintain delivery logs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Communication:  Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for conducting demonstrations and providing high-level customer service.
• Technical Aptitude:  Familiarity with modern vehicle technology and basic computer proficiency (e.g., tablets/iPad).
• Organization:  Ability to manage multiple deliveries, paperwork, and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements:  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
