What Youll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at Palisade, youll be the face of our commitment to service excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Exceptional Service:Retain customers by providing outstanding support and addressing their needs with care and efficiency.
• Effective Communication:Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with customers via phone and email.
• Proactive Problem-Solving:Develop strategies to minimize customer issues, particularly those related to service and billing.
• Issue Resolution:Listen to customer concerns and work to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Scheduling and Coordination:Manage the scheduling of termite and pest control services.
