New Business Associate Acquisition

The New Business Associate plays a critical role in supporting all activities related to new business processing across the agency. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service throughout the lifecycle of submitted business, while also supporting training and ongoing communication with internal teams and producers.

Salary is based on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated skills

This position is fully in-office and not eligible for remote work

Manage new business processing for National Life, LSW, and other affiliated partners, including:

• Managing new business processing for the home office
• Reviewing and validating paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Handling contract service issues and policy changes
• Ordering and tracking outstanding requirements
• Managing underwriting communications
• Monitoring and reporting on pending and paid business
• Following up on the
