Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing patient satisfaction and promoting our family wellness mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, addressing patient needs effectively.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records accurately.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date patient information.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting services and products offered by the practice.
- Process cash transactions and manage billing inquiries as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills is required.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with front desk operations: scheduling, phone calls, and patient check-ins/outs
- Support the chiropractor during patient visits (training provided)
- Keep our space organized, welcoming, and running smoothly

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
Hours:
Monday 8:30 to 7:30 pmTuesday 1 pm to 7:30 pm
Wednesday 7:30 am to 2 pm
Thursday 8:30 to 7:30 pm
1 hour lunch break on Mondays and Thursdays
