Own end-to-end order execution for assigned customers, from order receipt through delivery
Review and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy across pricing, quantities, lead times, and routing
Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with buyers and 3PL partners.
Proactively identify and resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues, partnering cross-functionally with Supply, Transportation, inventory control, and Warehouse teams
Maintain clear, timely communication with buyers on all OTIF-related challenges and resolutions
Monitor open orders, inventory levels, and fulfillment performance on a daily basisManage inventory visibility and allocation across 3PLs to support customer demand and consolidation strategies
Partner with Transportation to ensure efficient and timely shipment execution
Assist with quarterly inventory reconciliations and reports.
Support EDI onboarding for new customers and troubleshoot ongoing EDI errors
Proficiency in Excel and G Suite is preferred.
Production, Logistics, Inventory, or Warehousing experience is a plus.
Inventory Management software (ERP or IMS) and EDI experience is a plus.
