We are currently looking for a Chat Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team! You will be the voice behind the chat, assisting AT&T customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch assistance in a timely manner.
Your Role Will Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolving issues and providing information about AT&T products and services.
- Handling customer complaints and questions effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintaining a positive attitude while managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
- Documenting conversations and ensuring follow-up where necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and clear tone.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat support, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to handle high volumes of chat interactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with AT&T products and services is advantageous.
- Proficiency with computers and chat support software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Benefits
- The WEEKLY COMISSION will be paid based on performance, you receive can an additional $1, $2, or $3 an hour.
- Monthly COMISSION - To qualify for the monthly commission, YOU MUST WORK 150 HOURS AND 7 DAY FUNCTION RESOLVE 91% OR HIGHER.
- Full-Time Hours : 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
