Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project programmes across all project phases
Integrate CSA, MEP, and ICT schedules into a single master programme
Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement recovery strategies
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders on planning activities
Conduct critical path analysis and track key milestones
Prepare progress reports, lookaheads, and programme updates
Support tender planning, baseline development, and change management
Ensure alignment with commissioning and handover timelines
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Planner on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and project delivery methodologies
Proficiency in planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, xcfaprz MS Project)
Ability to manage complex, fast-track project schedules
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Experience on hyperscale or mission-critical data centre projects
Familiarity with commissioning processes and integrated project schedules
Background working with main contractors or specialist data centre delivery firms
