ManpowerGroup Ireland has an exciting new 12-month contract opportunity with our client SAP, based in Galway as a hybrid role. The position offers the possibility of extension.


This role supports complex, high-impact partner scenarios that require close collaboration across multiple internal teams, often involving issues that impact business continuity for partners and internal stakeholders. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring seamless orchestration, clear communication, and timely resolution.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Partner Orchestration Services function, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving partner blocking issues and payment issues.
  • Act as an orchestrator across multiple internal teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress toward resolution of partner- impacting issues.
  • Manage time-sensitive and business-critical cases, focusing on minimizing disruption and ensuring continuity for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential escalations, driving actions to mitigate them.
  • Own and manage stakeholder communication, setting clear expectations and providing high-quality, consistent updates.
  • Deliver excellent quality standards in all written and verbal communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner managers and cross-functional teams, to enable effective collaboration.
  • Maintain and improve internal systems of partner records, ensuring data accuracy and visibility across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve the overall partner experience, especially within complex orchestration scenarios.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Partner Support portfolio in line with PES priorities.
  • Flexibility around working hours may be required.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

  • University degree or currently studying Business or IT (preferred).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, and proven experience handling a high volume of tasks in short timeframes.
  • Creative thinking, willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
  • A pro-active, results-oriented team player with strong communication skills, passionate about his/her work.
  • Ability/openness to work well in a multicultural and multinational environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Experienced IT user – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language is a benefit.
  • Experience handling customers directly.
  • Proven experience improving efficiency of processes.
  • Strong track record of positive communication with project stakeholders. xcfaprz
