Urology Physician

Coverage Needed :

• Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, 2 weeks per month
• Coverage Type: Mix of hospital rounds, OR, and clinic
• Exact Dates:
  • May: 5/11-5/15 (daytime call), 5/26-5/29
  • June: 6/1-6/5 (daytime call), 6/8-6/12, 6/29-7/2
  • July: 7/6-7/10 (daytime call or clinic/OR)
  • August: 8/3-8/7, 8/17-8/21 (daytime call or clinic/OR) , 8/31-9/4
  • September: 9/8-9/11, 9/14-9/18, 9/21-9/25, 9/28-10/2

Clinical Details :

• Patients per day: 40-70
• Patient Population/Age: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics (no pediatrics)
• Department Description: Urology office with newer renovation, 9 exam rooms, and 3 procedure rooms
• Hospital Bed Size: 73
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: 3 Medical Assistants, 1 LPN, Surgical Scheduler, 3 Front Office Staff, Practice Manager, Long-tenured staff
• Skills Required: General Urology

Requirements :

• Board Certification: Eligible
• License Required: PA
• DEA: PA
• Minimum Experience Required: 5 years
