Volunteer Graphic Designer – Impact Report We’re looking for a volunteer to create a professional‑looking, digital‑format annual impact report that communicates our impact to donors and stakeholders. The engagement will occur in four phases over four to five weeks.
Phase 1: Brainstorm key metrics and information to highlight.
Phase 2: Preview preliminary design and receive feedback.
Phase 3: (Optional) Provide additional feedback sessions.
Phase 4: Deliver final report in an editable, working format and a shareable digital format. Report will be no longer than 12 pages.
Scope: 15‑30 hours over four to five weeks.
Qualifications
Experience designing brochures or reports.
Portfolio of design examples.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
What We Provide
Logo and visual branding guidelines.
Copy and compelling data, stories, and images.
Examples of impact reports for reference.
