Manage engineers supporting technical planning and integration for hardware teams.
Coordinate with each hardware domain to deliver products and services on schedule.
Facilitate integration with technical teams, reviewing and revising schedules while driving risks, issues, and opportunities.
Conduct performance reviews, set clear expectations, provide focused feedback, and lead salary discussions.

Qualifications You are a motivated U.S. citizen with extensive hardware integration experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex aerospace solutions. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering discipline, or a STEM related field
Demonstrated experience in planning and execution of events, tasks or projects
Proven track record of innovative problem solving
Desired Skills
Proficient in JIRA
Strong leadership skills, strong work ethic and teamwork
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start and must be a U.S. citizen.
Location and Work Arrangements Fort Worth, TX. Part‑time remote telework: the employee selected for this position will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
