Job Description And Duties The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has established the Office of Information Services (OIS) to support its scientific and technical programs. The Systems Development and Support Branch (SDSB) is responsible for the development and ongoing support of IT solutions for CARB’s complex business, scientific and engineering program needs. As an Information Technology Specialist II, you will act as a project leader and DevOps engineer on multiple projects, providing technical expertise and support to develop and maintain CARB business applications.
Develop and support complex CARB business applications as a project leader and DevOps engineer.
Implement software lifecycle processes and standards, and update the Board’s technical architecture.
Provide technical support in the development of highly complex IT feasibility studies, procurements, and acquisition plans.
Communicate effectively, stay well‑organized, and manage multiple concurrent assignments.
Maintain and process confidential personnel data.
