As a Sr Data Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within our Aerospace business. Your expertise will enable us to optimize operations, enhance performance, and support our commitment to innovation and excellence in the aerospace sector.
Location: Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC. Hybrid work schedule; first 90 days require 100% onsite Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Support commercial and pricing functions.
Travel: up to 10%.
Qualifications You Must Have
5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to create impactful dashboards.
Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance practices to ensure data integrity.
We Value
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in aerospace data analytics or a related industry.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with advanced analytics techniques and tools.
Familiarity/experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA).
AI/ML knowledge.
