We are seeking a dependable, people-focused individual to join our customer service team at the counter.

• This position is for 25 to 30 hours per week.
• The ideal applicant will be able to open at 8:00 am some days and close at 6:00 pm on others.
• Two Saturday shifts per month from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm are required.

The 120 hours of paid training for this position may take place in Hamburg, Orchard Park and/or Lancaster.

What Youll Be Doing

• Welcome Customers Warmly Be the first friendly face customers see and make every visit a positive experience.
• Manage Orders with Care Check garments in and out, ensuring every item is handled accurately and respectfully.
• Use Our Digital Tools Learn to use our software for tickets, tracking, and payments (no experience needed well train you).
• Keep Things Moving Smoothly Maintain an organized workspace and help keep the flow of the store running efficiently.
