JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities include receiving and routing inbound emails, telephone switchboard operation, onboarding client requests and relationship maintenance. Being part of the Southland team requires being highly reliable, having an eye for detail, a calm demeanor, an aptitude for maintaining accurate data and overall being a "ringleader of responsiveness".


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must follow specified published Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Manage inbound calls and emails in an expedited fashion
  • Intake new claims or service requests
  • Ability to multi-task and switch between systems or tasks
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data management
  • Acknowledge and resolve all customer concerns and properly escalate when required
  • Ability to impact our company bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated customers into repeat clients
  • Support CSS as needed
  • Conduct outbound outreach calls by contacting existing or prospective clients to offer support and/or ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately log call details and update client data via CRM system
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by Administration


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years Customer Service experience or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, including excellent grammar and punctuation
  • 40+ WPM
  • Effective use of Google Workspace
  • Maintenance of a positive and professional attitude towards customers, fellow employees and vendors at all times
  • In-Office Work but, must be willing to work hybrid/remote as the job requirements change.
