Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and service. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Promote Customer Satisfaction by Booking Service Appointments:
    • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
    • Use active listening, problem-solving, and professional communication to identify customer needs and align them with company services.
  2. Learn the Call Script:
    • Master and effectively utilize the company-provided call script to ensure clear and consistent communication with customers.
    • Adhere to tone, language, and engagement guidelines during all interactions.
  3. Participate in Training:
    • Attend ongoing training sessions to stay informed about company policies, services, and industry trends.
    • Apply new knowledge to enhance service quality and meet performance metrics.
  4. Maintain and Update Customer Database:
    • Accurately input and update customer information in the companys database.
    • Ensure records are current, organized, and compliant with company standards.
  5. Maintain Communication with Dispatcher and Manager:
    • Coordinate with the dispatcher to schedule and confirm service appointments.
    • Provide timely updates to the manager regarding customer concerns or feedback.
