Alabama Professional Services is a family-owned company serving customers across Alabama for over 40 years. Were seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

What Youll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers
• Schedule service appointments
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
• Support office operations and other departments
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What Were Looking For:

• Customer service, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Detail-oriented with solid data entry accuracy
• Organized, dependable, and team-focused
