• Handle inbound calls regarding insurance claims, address changes, changes of beneficiary, etc
• Address and resolve member services inquiries through phone and email
• Educate prospective members on various products
• Assist with data entry, managing the mail, and sending out letters to members
• Assist with the system testing as needed

• Prior call center experience or billing experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal communication
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet Experience
• Organized, great attention to detail, thoroughness
• Ability to work independently

$43,000-$46,000 + Excellent Benefits
