Position Overview

Were seeking a motivated and creative E-Commerce Customer rep to join our digital team. If you're passionate about web design, customer experience, and online retail, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing Shopify and Etsy storefronts
• Customize themes and templates to reflect brand identity
• Support product uploads, content updates, and storefront organization
  
• Collaborate on mobile responsiveness and user interface improvements
• Conduct competitor and trend research to enhance site features
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Stay up to date with e-commerce and web design trends
• Provide customer support by processing orders, responding to emails and phone inquiries
• Assist with online sales and customer communications across digital platforms
• Conduct cold calls or outreach to prospective customers or partners as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Shopify, Etsy, and basic web design principles (HTML/CSS is a plus)
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, or Microsoft Word
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
