  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and general inquiries
  • Provide lab results and follow up on authorizations
  • Deliver clear, professional information about clinic services
  • Handle a high volume of calls each shift with empathy and efficiency

  • Amenable to night shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PH time)
