This particular client is a mid-sized, 50-year-old, MEP Consultancy. They work on a wide variety of projects, including: Healthcare, Education, Science & Tech, Multi-Unit Residential, Manufacturing, Industrial, Plant/ Utility, etc.

OVERVIEW

The BIM Specialist is tasked with supporting the electrical team in developing and producing MEP design documentation. The ideal Candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of design standards, coordination practices, and technical tools like AutoCAD and Revit.

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and modify Revit and AutoCAD drawings

• Prepare layouts and schematics, basic system calculations and design work

• Assemble drawing packages for proposals, reports, and construction

• Participate in coordination meetings with engineers, clients, and stakeholders

• Ensure designs meet project requirements and company standards

REQUIRED/ HIGHLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Bluebeam
