Client Accountant

We are looking for an accomplished Client Accountant to join our Client Accounting team as part of our financial services business in Dublin.

• 
  
• Responsible for the assigned client portfolio which will consist of CLO companies in multiple jurisdictions, and ensuring all of the regulatory obligations are met and filed in a timely manner;
  
• Processing day-to-day accounting transactions, reconciling bank and broker positions, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts and annual financial statements under Irish/UK GAAP and IFRS, audit liaison and client relationship management, with supervision of an AVP or VP;
  
• Responsible for ensuring any tax filings, regulatory and ad-hoc reporting is completed in accordance with regulatory and deal requirements;
  
• Ongoing liaison with the company's auditors, tax advisers, investment manager, and collateral administrator to assist with annual audits, tax and other regulatory xcfaprz returns;
