- The resource should have exposure to AMS (Application Management Services).
- 5+ years’ of experience on Java Applications
- Knowledge with and experience using ITIL and ISO frameworks is essential
- Exposure to retail/online Banking applications
- Experience with and knowledge of IT outsourcing activities in a managed services environment
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively xcfaprz approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
