A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. The successful candidate will provide outpatient services within a Family Health Center that serves a diverse and underserved patient population across the metro Phoenix area.
Position Details:
100% outpatient practice with a collegial, mission-driven team
Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a community-based setting

Requirements:
MD or DO degree with a valid Arizona medical license (or eligibility)
