Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Estimator based in Houston, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to sales efforts. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, analyzing project requirements, providing cost estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project alignment with client needs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service and strong Communication skills
Experience in Sales and Business Development
Strong analytical skills with expertise in Project Estimation
Ability to manage client relationships and foster trust and collaboration
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant estimation tools and software
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience in the construction or paving industry is a plus
