Job Title: Partner Program Manager Location: Redmond, WA Worksite: Onsite Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic, partner program manager to own partner programs that drive meaningful usage of Education apps across schools and institutions leveraging partner communities. This role defines adoption strategy, aligns cross-functional teams, and delivers measurable outcomes across diverse segments using data, pilot initiatives, and scalable engagement models. The partner program manager will accelerate adoption, inform product direction, and ensure educators gain maximum value from the platform. Key Responsibilities: Drive adoption strategy and program ownership:
Define and execute scalable initiatives that unlock product value, accelerate advanced feature usage, and sustain long-term engagement. Enable adoption at scale through influence:
Design engagement models that leverage champions, peer influence, and community dynamics to drive app usage. Leverage data for insight-driven decisions:
Use adoption of metrics, dashboards, and structured feedback to diagnose barriers, optimize programs, and demonstrate ROI. Lead cross-functional alignment:
Partner with product, engineering, customer success, and education teams to ensure adoption initiatives are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. Influence product and program evolution:
Translate classroom- and institution-level insights into recommendations that inform roadmap and program improvements. Own adoption outcomes:
Drive accountability for partner and customer engagement, platform utilization, advanced feature adoption, and overall satisfaction across Education solutions. Enable partners through innovation:
Empower partners to successfully adopt and scale Microsoft apps and ecosystems by working with champions, leading enablement sessions, and facilitating workshops. Translate real-world partner feedback into actionable program and product insights. Build and nurture the partner community:
Strengthen the partner ecosystem by sharing Education product roadmaps, assessing partner needs across M365 and the broader Microsoft suite, and collaborating with internal Product Managers to engage directly with partners and deliver added value. Unblock education partners:
Act as a trusted escalation point for partners encountering technical, product, or go-to-market challenges. Collaborate with internal Product Managers to resolve issues and enable partners to move forward confidently. Drive partner events and engagements:
Support Education-led events such as ISTE, Bett, and similar forums by planning and executing partner pre-day experiences, including agenda design, partner selection, and engagement strategy. Lead AI and automation initiatives:
Identify core partner program workflows and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity. Design and build tools to track partner engagement, metrics, and automation to scale impact and efficiency. Leverage modern tools for rapid enablement:
Use AI-assisted and other modern technologies to design and scale partner enablement frameworks. Qualifications: 8+ years in technical partner program management, adoption strategy, or education technology and services roles Proven experience driving technology adoption in enterprise or education environments Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 Education, AI-powered tools, or comparable platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing scalable scripts and messaging frameworks for diverse technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence without direct authority Data-driven mindset with experience in adoption metrics, analytics, and program optimization Role Scope & Impact: Owns adoption programs end-to-end, driving measurable usage and engagement outcomes across education institutions Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Partner Programs, and customer-facing teams to scale adoption initiatives Engages directly with educational institutions to translate real-world usage into actionable product and program insights Compensation / Salary Range:
The typical pay range for this role is: USD $85000/Yearly - $100000/Yearly. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
