Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, product, operations, etc.)
Create process models, workflows, and business case documents
Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases
Validate solutions to ensure they meet business objectives
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts)
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
2–5 years of experience in business analysis or similar roleCertifications like CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or ECBA
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
