As a Software Engineer on this team, you will:
Engineer our employee affiliation engine : reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
Simplify payroll and billing : craft tools that HR teams love .
Build seamless integrations : connect with platforms like Payfit and Workday so things “just work.”
Automate workflows at scale : adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries.
Make billing delightful : ensure invoices are accurate, reliable, and easy to manage.
Collaborate across teams : partner with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with
backend and full-stack experience .
Comfortable
digging into complex business logic , especially around insurance and payroll.
Passionate about turning
complex processes into simple, elegant solutions .
Experienced in building
scalable systems
that handle real-world complexity.
B2B experience is a plus!
Well-versed in
OOP languages
(Python, Java, C#) and excited about
modern web technologies
(JavaScript).
Fluent in English
(French is a plus but not required).
Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
