ASAP Our client is a highly funded and rapidly scaling SaaS Vendor headquartered in the heart of New York City. They are dedicated to empowering businesses to streamline their software development and deployment processes with innovative solutions. Our client seeks a
highly technical, customer-facing Customer Success Manager
to support and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across the US. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with developers, DevOps teams, and engineering leaders, helping them optimise build performance, scale infrastructure, and accelerate development cycles. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, combining deep technical expertise with commercial awareness to drive adoption, retention, and growth. What You’ll Do Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end Lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of customer environments Analyse build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure to identify performance improvements Provide hands-on guidance across distributed builds, caching, and workload scaling Deliver technical training and best practices to engineering teams Drive product adoption, retention, and expansion (owning a ~$5M revenue base) Track and demonstrate value through usage, performance gains, and ROI Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve complex challenges What You’ll Bring 5+ years in Technical Customer Success, TAM, or similar customer-facing technical roles Strong understanding of software development, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines Experience with tools such as MSBuild, Make, Ninja, or Bazel Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Solid knowledge of distributed systems, performance optimisation, and infrastructure Experience across Windows/Linux and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical value into business impact Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships Nice to have: Experience with large-scale codebases, game dev/embedded environments, Docker/Kubernetes, or AI-driven development workflows Be a part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of CI/CD, DevOps and Software Development innovation.
