We’re hiring a Sales Representative for a full-time hybrid role in Greater Houston. In this role, you’ll help clients plan for their financial future through personalized solutions, while building strong, lasting relationships. What You’ll Do
Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and needs Provide guidance on financial planning, protection, and retirement strategies Recommend tailored solutions to help clients achieve long-term goals Build and maintain strong client relationships Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support Participate in training and development programs What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable Interest in finance, sales, or client-facing roles Ability to build relationships and trust with clients Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Performance-based income (commissions, bonuses, and incentives) Training allowance and activity-based support in the first year Weekly pay structure Licensing sponsorship and training support Flexible schedule with hybrid work option Clear career growth path into leadership/management roles Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and professional development Access to industry-leading tools and resources
