Role Description We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a full-time hybrid role based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, with flexibility for remote work. As an SDR, you will focus on generating and qualifying leads, developing new business opportunities, and building relationships with prospective clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include researching potential clients, reaching out through calls and emails, crafting compelling value propositions, and collaborating with the sales team to facilitate the sales process. This role is ideal for goal-oriented professionals passionate about technology and skilled in fostering meaningful client connections.
Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in sales prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach (via calls and emails)
Ability to perform accurate market research and identify new sales opportunities
Organizational and time-management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in working with sales platforms
Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn
Background in technology products or services is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
