Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy Customer Sales Associate to join our team in Philadelphia! This is a direct, in-person role focusing on face-to-face engagement—no remote or call center work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face presentations to provide product information and close sales
• Handle and resolve customer concerns with a professional demeanor
• Act as the primary brand ambassador for clients in technology
• Document and update customer records based on direct interactions
• Participate in daily in-office training & workshops to stay current on product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail
• Ability to build rapport with clients in a face-to-face setting
