Position Overview: Customer Engagement Associate
We are seeking motivated, confident, and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Associates. This role is centered on direct customer interaction, delivering brand messaging, and creating positive customer experiences that lead to new customer acquisitions. Full training and ongoing development are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner
    •    Communicate client products and services clearly and effectively
    •    Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
    •    Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
    •    Support customer acquisition goals and team performance targets
    •    Maintain professionalism, energy, and consistency throughout the day
    •    Participate in daily training and skill development sessions
