Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads

• Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide guidance on health insurance plans, coverage details, and claims processes

• Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers

• Build trust with customers by providing clear, accurate, and helpful information

• Track interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM

• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication skills (phone + written)
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude

• Chinese or Spanish (both written and spoken) proficiency is a plus
