Do you love helping people? Ardmore Toyota is looking for two full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Our environment is high energy and each day is a little different, making this position perfect for those coming from hospitality, retail, or recent graduates entering the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Communication: Engage with guests via professional email and text to provide quick, helpful answers.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create personalized videos of our new and used inventory to share with interested customers.
  • Engagement: Use inbound and outbound calls to assist clients in their vehicle search.
  • Hospitality: Help provide a "world-class" service experience to our guests

Qualifications

No automotive experience required! You provide the attitude and personality and we will help you with the rest.

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or other retail is a plus.

Comfortable with technology and speaking with guests over the phone/video
