Job Description
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
The Customer Service Team is a multifaceted department that requires strong logistical coordination, scheduling, team collaboration, precise data entry, knowledge of technical specifications, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
This position may be responsible for creating and reviewing technical orders for submission to our factory, as well as following up on technical drawings required to process orders in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for processing multiple claims each day, including warranty and chargeable repairs. In addition, the role includes invoicing responsibilities that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
All of the above responsibilities involve constant communication with our dealer network and end consumers. As such, a professional demeanor and strong customer service focus are essential.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience is required. Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or logistics environment is considered an asset.
Expected hours: 40 per week
- The position is Monday Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
