Idaho Premier Window Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for someone to own the front end of the business.

This role is not just admin.

You are responsible for turning inbound leads into booked jobs, keeping the schedule full, and delivering a fast, professional customer experience.

If you like moving fast, staying organized, and being directly tied to revenue and results, this is a strong fit.

$20 - $26 hourly

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to inbound leads (calls, texts, web)
• Convert leads into scheduled jobs
• Manage and optimize the daily schedule
• Prepare estimates and communicate pricing clearly
• Follow up on unsold and past leads
• Keep the pipeline, CRM, and calendar organized
