Client Services Representative

Thomasville, GA | $15.00 / Hour

A well-established insurance company is looking for a client services representative to assist clients with enrollment, print IDs, and update information as needed. You must have experience working in Microsoft Office and maintain a friendly and helpful disposition throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clients eligibility enrollments, changes, and print ID cards
• Complete bi-weekly and monthly eligibility downloads
• Schedule and assist open enrollment for all clients
• Assist with preparation and processing of client renewals and reporting
• Maintain supply of current service documents
• Update current company and product information routinely
• Assist in maintaining information in client relationship database
• Update client contract information with companies accordingly
• Complete Monthly Group Reporting
• Track and report client response to various communications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean drug screen
• Willing to undergo criminal background check
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Work independently with the guidance of senior team members
• Microsoft Office software experience
• Excellent communication skills
• General computer software knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Ability o meet strict deadlines
• Ability to move 15lbs+

Location: Thomasville, Georgia

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
