Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Services Representative to serve as an inside sales professional working directly with both consumer and business customers. In this role , you will manage inbound demand, convert inquiries into sales, generate and follow up on quotes, process orders, and actively grow customer accounts.

This position also includes booking and qualifying warm leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting revenue-generating activities for the outside sales team. While customer-focused in nature, this role carries clear sales expectations and requires comfort with outbound communication to close opportunities.

This position is on-site in Provo, Utah . Remote work is not available.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Provo, Utah
Pay Range: $22–$25 per hour, DOE

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, with responsibility for converting interest into sales
• Build accurate quotes, present pricing, and guide customers through the purchasing process
• Proactively follow up on open quotes, inactive opportunities, and prior customer interactions to drive close rates
• Book and qualify warm leads and schedule appointments for the outside sales team
• Upsell and cross-sell products and solutions when appropriate to maximize order value
