Customer Support Specialist -Hourly plus commision

Salary: $17-18 Hourly

Fenix Pest Controlis a family-owned company proudly serving residential and commercial customers for over 10 years. As we continue to grow, were looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

If youre looking for a full-time position with a built-in 3-day weekend every week, this could be the perfect fit.

What Youll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service needs
• Schedule new client appointments
• Reschedule appointments for customers and technicians
• Follow up on incoming sales leads (commission included)
• Assist with billing and collections (incentives included)
• Perform general front desk and administrative duties

What Were Looking For

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and various applications
• Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented

Only 4 Days Per Week Every Week

MondayThursday
9:30 AM 8:00 PM

Full-time hours with a guaranteed long weekend every single week.

Compensation
