Counter Sales / Customer Service

Job Description

L&H Industrial Services has an immediate opening for customer service and counter sales. If you are an upbeat and positive, customer service-oriented person and enjoy a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you may be a good fit for our team. This is a full time, Monday through Friday position, 8am to 5pm. Overtime work may be needed. Employee must be computer literate, detail oriented, willing to learn new software and have the ability to get along with a variety of people and adapt to new situations quickly. Applicant must have own transportation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer phone & route calls
• Act as cashier
• Assist telephone customers with service requests
• Actively assisting, learning and maintaining inventory
• Counter sales and customer service
• Preparing/fulfilling customer orders
• Shipping/Receiving

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED required
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Must be available to work occasional weekends and overtime if needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay based on experience.
