Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain the showroom to ensure products are displayed attractively and are easy to locate. Restock shelves and ensure inventory is up-to-date and accessible
• Safely and efficiently deliver orders to local customers, ensuring timely and professional service
• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find the products they need, answering questions, and offering recommendations
• Work closely with the team to support various tasks and contribute to a positive, productive work environment
• Participate in on-the-job training to learn about construction supply sales and take advantage of ongoing education opportunities during the winter months
• Answer incoming calls and provide product and pricing information, resolving customer inquiries effectively

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or (equivalent) required; additional education in sales or business is a plus
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or construction equipment (preferred)
• Forklift experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in multi-tasking and time management
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
